Rotaract Executive Committee Meeting Tuesday November 2, 2004

• In an effort to increase attendance and provide service projects, fundraising events, etc there was a movement to restructure how we run our meetings and when
--proposed plan:
general meeting 1 time/ month
executive meeting 1 time/month
individual committee meetings 1-2/month

 Guatemala project
 Service committee
 Fundraising for Circle of Health International/ women’s health night
 Twin sisters rotaract club connection ?

• Circle of Health International (COHI) www.circleofhealthintl.org presented to us at our last general meeting, they are in need of donations, we want to help them
-proposed ideas: -Women’s health night? -benefit concert with local bands? -dinner? -gala? Do we want this to happen this semester? Must get working

• Service Projects
- Rosie’s Place Sat. Nov 6 11am-1:30pm (help serve lunch)
- Community Servings Nov 13 9am-12pm (help label pie boxes)
- Rosie’s Place Sat. Dec 4 11am-1:30pm (help serve lunch)
- Christmas Party Sat. Dec 18 with Big Sisters (same group we helped with Halloween party)
