Info for new secretary

I have accepted a new job next semester (Spring 2004) that will rarely allow me to get to school before 6 pm. So I'm handing over the secretary position to whoever wants it.

Exec Meeting 11/30/04

- Rotary International meeting on Thursday 12/9/04. Justin will represent the group.

-Fundraiser group (MCH) will meet ASAP.
ZEBS fundraiser was extremely successful. All of their items were sold (over $300). Catherine would love to do another table before the semester is out, as soon as a new shipment of crafts come in.

-Big Sisters 12/18/04 Noon-5 pm
at the Mason's Grand Lodge. Contact Jackie if you're interested in helping out (we'd be staffing games and the event in general).

Recruiting New members:
-sign new students up at the Winter Semester orientation. Jackie will find out more about setting up a table.
-Have a "Welcome back" party at the beginning of Spring semester?

The final general meeting of the semester is next Tuesday (12/7/04). Jackie will bring food.
